Cloete Properties Branch License Model

1.) R250 K = Licence and Intellectual Property Fee 
2.) Royalties license fee = 8% of Gross turnover
3.) Monthly marketing fee: R5000 per month 
4.) Monthly Principal Fee: R5000 per month 
5.) Mandatory: professional indemnity / insurance cover 
6.) You’ll fund your own CAPEX
7.) Area, business and marketing plan to be approved by the Principal of Cloete Properties
